At LUXE Vape Shop, we are dedicated to providing a seamless delivery experience. We currently ship exclusively to all Canadian postal codes. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, and long weekends.

📍 Shipping Within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

Regular Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

  • Orders Under $100: $10 CAD

  • Orders Over $100: FREE

Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days)

  • Orders Under $100: $25 CAD

  • Orders $100 – $150: $15 CAD

  • Orders $150 – $200: $5 CAD

  • Orders Over $200: FREE

🔞 Mandatory Proof of Age

In strict accordance with Canadian law, LUXE Vape Shop requires a signature and valid government-issued photo ID for every delivery. No exceptions will be made.

  • The package can only be released to the individual named in the "Shipping" field.

  • Underage Purchase Penalty: If an order is returned due to a failed age verification, a 75% refund (minus original shipping costs) will be applied.

⚙️ Order Processing & Tracking

We process in-stock orders seven days a week to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Tracking: Once processed, you will receive an email titled "Your LUXE Order Has Shipped!" containing your tracking number.

  • Incomplete Information: If shipping details are missing, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

🔄 Cancellations & Address Errors

  • Changes: Once an order is marked as "Left the Facility," it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failure to pick up from the post office), we will deduct a 25% restocking fee plus all associated shipping costs (including return fees) from your refund.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Items

Please report any misdelivered, stolen, or damaged parcels to us within 14 days of the ship date. While we assist where possible, LUXE Vape Shop is not responsible for carrier delays or thefts once the package has been scanned and accepted by Canada Post or our delivery partners.
